The Problem: We all know that exercise is medicine. How ironic is it now, that the very places that have helped millions live a healthier lifestyle are being questioned for their safety. My name is Brian O’Leary. For the past three decades I have worked in the health and fitness industry helping clubs and studios of all sizes grow their businesses. As a former club owner and club industry consultant,  I understand the challenges of building and sustaining a successful fitness brand.  I have also seen first-hand how the pandemic has affected my friends, colleagues and family members. I share with them, the feelings of frustration and helplessness as we watch otherwise healthy businesses fade.
